Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline, track KPIs, and document interactions
- Develop customized solutions for enterprise clients through consultative selling approaches
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless lead handoffs and strategy alignment
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new product features and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
