Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into clients using CRM tools
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining client relationship quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Attend nightly shift meetings for performance reviews and strategy alignment
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or outbound calling experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with evening/night shift schedule (7 PM - 4 AM EST)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
