Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and build robust sales pipelines through strategic cold calling and email campaigns
- Present complex software solutions to C-level decision-makers using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct 15-20 daily discovery calls to identify client pain points and align solutions
- Close 8-12 new deals monthly with average deal size of $15k
- Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience in SaaS or technology sector
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with sales analytics tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus.ai)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license required for occasional client meetings
