- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and management teams to optimize sales funnels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required for local client visits.
