Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify 50+ leads daily via phone, email, and CRM automation
- Present customized solutions to enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Close 8-12 deals monthly while maintaining 90%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead nurturing sequences
- Track sales activities in Salesforce and provide weekly pipeline insights
- Participate in bi-weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
- Stay current on product updates and competitive landscape
- Maintain 95%+ call quality metrics in weekly coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales or telesales experience
- Proven track record with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional active listening and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in remote team environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and sales automation tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
