Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and digital channels

- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ call volume
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handoffs

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales experience
- Proven track record in commission-based roles
- Ability to work independently during night shift (8 PM-5 AM)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
