Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling and digital prospecting
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM with precision
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close complex deals
- Conduct product demonstrations and client needs analysis
- Document interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Participate in nightly shift huddles and strategy sessions

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience working in commission-based environments
