Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound/inbound sales calls during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Build rapport with prospects across multiple industries through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining 25+ call conversion rates
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless client handoffs
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales approaches
- Represent B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise clients nationwide
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in commission-based environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive independently during night shift hours
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
