Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using CRM and sales analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome objections effectively
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Flexibility to work nights (8 PM - 5 AM EST) with weekend rotations
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
