Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to enterprise accounts
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM data enrichment
- Develop customized solution presentations addressing client pain points
- Collaborate with product team to refine value propositions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with 120%+ achievement rate
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for sales processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (110%+ consistently)
- Expertise in Salesforce/HubSpot and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex stakeholder management
- Availability for mandatory night shifts (4PM-1AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
