Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients across California markets
- Exceed monthly sales quotas using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Document all sales activities in compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise software preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings in CA
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certifications
