Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening/night shifts to maximize sales conversions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and persuasive techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to ensure optimal product presentation
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store security and operational excellence
- Build long-term customer relationships through personalized shopping experiences
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on new launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or direct sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
- Comfortable with evening/night shift scheduling (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
