Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently
- Execute visual merchandising standards during overnight shifts
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stock replenishment
- Train night-shift associates on new product launches
- Resolve customer inquiries with solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with security team for loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (4-5 nights/week)
- Strong proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license (for inventory logistics)
- Experience with VIP client management preferred
