Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models that integrate quantum computing principles to enhance processing speed and accuracy.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 infrastructure.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms to reduce computational overhead and latency in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Quantum Mechanics, and Edge Computing to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Machine Learning or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Proven track record of deploying high-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, unstructured technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
