Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum algorithms with deep learning models to solve complex, unsolvable problems today.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of handling exascale computing workloads.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with our R&D team to prototype cutting-edge AI agents and autonomous systems.
- Code Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and set coding standards for performance and security across the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference times and reduce latency in real-time quantum environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years of exposure to quantum computing concepts (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-level problems and deliver concrete, innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
