What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable neural networks designed for 2026-era compute paradigms, including edge quantum integration.
- Lead the development of Constitutional AI frameworks to ensure long-term alignment and safety of generative models.
- Optimize inference latency and model efficiency using Rust and C++ alongside high-level Python frameworks.
- Define the data pipelines required to train the next generation of multimodal large language models.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to design AI-specific accelerators.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI.
- Proficiency in systems programming languages such as Rust or C++.
- Proven track record of deploying models serving millions of concurrent requests.
