Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and resolving any customer concerns promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing to educate customers effectively.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Merchandising: Help with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are up to standard.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
