Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and provide expert product knowledge to drive sales and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and performing regular stock counts.
Qualifications
