Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product information, and explaining features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, ensuring all discounts and promotions are applied correctly.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and restock merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
