Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every customer entering our store.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and explaining product features.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Store Operations: Support store operations by handling returns, exchanges, and price adjustments efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
