Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of local clients through networking and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Present products and services to potential clients with a focus on value proposition and ROI.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate local promotional events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
