Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, addressing inquiries and highlighting key value propositions.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within the local Jacksonville area to expand our customer base.
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty through follow-up and service excellence.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Administrative Excellence: Accurately maintain CRM records, process transactions, and manage all sales documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Jacksonville, FL market and ability to navigate the local area effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for client visits.
