Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach initiatives.
- Client Acquisition: Present our premium products and services to potential clients with confidence, professionalism, and a consultative approach.
- Closing: Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities within the San Diego area to drive company growth and brand awareness.
- Reporting: Accurately track sales metrics, maintain CRM records, and report daily progress to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality (equivalent drive and ambition will be considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by business needs.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required for local field sales activities.
