Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through consultative selling techniques and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new revenue opportunities

Qualifications
- 2+ years proven sales experience in retail or B2B environment
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics

- Track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual preferred for El Paso market)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
