Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product expertise
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Fresno market
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features/benefits
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales records
- Participate in inventory management and store merchandising

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven sales experience in retail or B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software and point-of-sale systems
