- Sales Execution: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor and vehicles are presented in pristine condition at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Local Presence: Must reside in or around the Cleveland, OH area.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
