Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through personalized client consultations and product demonstrations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven B2B or retail sales experience in Texas market
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates strongly encouraged)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Track record of achieving 110%+ of sales quotas consistently
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
