Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct prospecting and relationship-building in assigned Bay Area territories
- Present and sell company solutions to local businesses with consultative selling approach
- Consistently exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining high client retention rates
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, pipeline, and forecast accurate sales data
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and present performance metrics to management
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows to expand brand presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area business landscape
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
