Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new B2B accounts in assigned Nashville & NC territories
- Develop long-term client relationships through in-person meetings and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 80%+ client retention rate
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, pipeline, and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing team on territory-specific campaigns
- Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline forecasts
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (company vehicle provided)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Ability to travel 60% of time (TN and NC territories)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
