Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the comprehensive vision for the 2026 initiative, aligning it with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed, executable roadmap for the 2026 initiative, breaking down complex goals into actionable milestones.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of strategists, engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless execution of the initiative.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to inform strategic pivots.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with C-suite executives and external partners, reporting on progress and securing buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and impact of the 2026 project.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level concepts into concrete operational strategies.
