Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions using superconducting qubits and topological error correction
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Design cryogenic control systems and quantum-classical hybrid interfaces
- Establish quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks
- Drive patent development and publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor quantum engineers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Track record of leading quantum research projects with measurable impact
