Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms capable of processing complex, multi-dimensional datasets in real-time.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers to integrate quantum computing into our core AI products.
- Optimize hardware-software interfaces to maximize computational efficiency and reduce latency in neural network training.
- Conduct rigorous research to validate new theoretical models before implementation.
- Define the technical roadmap for our quantum infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles applied to algorithm design.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
