Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning optimization
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum neural networks
- Mentor a cross-functional team of quantum software engineers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum AI methodologies
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience leading technical teams of 5+ engineers
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
