Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models (LLMs) optimized for production environments with low latency.
- Lead high-level research initiatives focused on multimodal AI, autonomous agents, and future-proof neural architectures.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous training, evaluation, and deployment of AI models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate advanced AI concepts into market-ready, user-centric applications.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive best practices in data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our core platform.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or research leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
