Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging market disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation summits
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society or foresight academies)
