Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present disruptive trend analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and tech ethics
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry benchmarking protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist or innovation journals
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems (Davos, Singularity, etc.)
