Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term strategic vision.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance Machine Learning systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to integrate futuristic features into the core product.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product strategy for future-state technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred.
