Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Vision Project roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market disruption
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ specialists in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-machine symbiosis by 2026
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 entities and research institutions
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN summits to influence global policy
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Drive ethical AI governance and sustainability standards across all project outputs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation leadership with 3+ exits or IPOs
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
- Published 5+ peer-reviewed papers on human-technology interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling teams from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python for global collaboration
- Speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, Slush, Collision)
