As a key member of our C-Suite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing teams, neuroscientists, and sustainable urban planners to develop multi-year strategic frameworks. Your work will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational resilience in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly Future State Briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging technology validation
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to prepare for 2026 workforce shifts
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive megatrends and their business implications
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, futurist.com)
- Published work on disruptive trends or future scenarios
- Experience building and leading high-impact innovation teams
