Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions in AR/VR and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech validation
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to investors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical AI implementation and climate-tech breakthroughs
- Curate and interpret global technology signals to inform product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist roles with Fortune 500 tech firms
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future visions into commercial products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry conferences
- Experience scaling innovation labs in fast-paced tech environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional development
