Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using next-gen AI and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into core products.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
