Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of next-generation AI systems designed for the 2026 operational landscape.
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy infrastructure to scalable, quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies such as neural interfaces and autonomous agents.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department to ensure long-term scalability.
- Conduct feasibility studies for speculative technologies and present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices to ensure system integrity in a high-velocity environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in systems architecture and software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to learn emerging paradigms.
