Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the technical implementation of the core Project 2026 infrastructure using microservices and cloud-native patterns.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives for the 2026 release cycle.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the current stack and optimize system performance to support rapid scaling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is required.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, database architecture (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering products on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
