Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas and WebGL.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex concepts into fluid, responsive animations.
- Optimize rendering pipelines and asset management to ensure 60fps performance across all devices.
- Refactor legacy codebases to modern standards, significantly improving maintainability and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing, debugging graphical anomalies, and troubleshooting rendering issues.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for 2D graphics implementation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D web development and interactive graphics.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 Canvas.
- Strong understanding of WebGL, Three.js, Pixi.js, or similar 2D libraries.
- Experience with responsive design principles and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- A portfolio demonstrating complex 2D animations and interactive tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
