Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance distributed systems for the Year 2026 Initiative.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards, conducting deep-dive code reviews to ensure security and efficiency.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to reduce latency and optimize resource utilization across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++, and familiarity with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum/AI Knowledge: Practical experience or strong theoretical knowledge of AI/ML systems and quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges in high-availability environments.
