We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to define the core infrastructure for our proprietary 2026 Standard framework. Responsibilities
- Core System Design: Architect and document the high-level design of the 2026 Standard protocol, ensuring modularity and extensibility for future upgrades.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize core algorithms to handle real-time data ingestion and processing with sub-millisecond latency.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Lead the migration to the 2026 stack, mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices for the new framework.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive neural data streams and ensure compliance with emerging digital sovereignty laws.
- Protocol Integration: Define APIs and interfaces that allow seamless interoperability between legacy systems and the new 2026 ecosystem.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with our R&D lab to prototype features for the upcoming 2026.5 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in high-scale distributed systems or AI infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Rust, Go, or C++; experience with the 2026 Standard ecosystem (or equivalent cutting-edge stack) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
