Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for AI-driven workloads and future computing paradigms.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging tech trends.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability across distributed teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and performance tuning of critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-silicon computing architectures is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
