Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable microservices architectures and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee code quality, security protocols, and DevOps practices to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage partnerships with key technology providers and open-source communities.
- Future-Proofing: Research emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, along with proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
