Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technical milestones and architectural goals for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems that support our core AI engine and data pipelines.
- Roadmap Governance: Manage the 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver maximum business value and technical innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, next-gen ML) for potential integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AI or Machine Learning sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithm design.
