Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design complex, distributed systems that can handle millions of concurrent users with zero latency.
- Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies, including quantum-ready algorithms and advanced edge computing.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with international data regulations.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing high-availability, distributed systems using microservices architecture.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in data engineering, machine learning infrastructure, or AI integration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
